St. Helena Parish utilizes Highways 10 and 43 as their main modes of transportation.  These highways connect to important Interstate Highways only a few short miles from the parish borders.  Interstate 12 and U.S. Highway 190 are only 12 miles to the south of the parish.  Interstate 12 is part of the I-10 system that stretches to both the east and west coasts of the United States.  In addition to the existing roadways that link St. Helena to all major metropolitan areas, the Zachary Taylor Parkway is expected to be completed in the near future.
